On-Line Registration for the Spring season is underway!  Players may register and Managers, Coaches, & Umpires should apply using the online registration form.

CCYL offers two options of  registration for our league.  1)  On-line registration -  We offer the opportunity to register at your convenience by using our on-line registration feature.    2)  In-person registration - We will offer a few dates for you to register your player at a local facility.  This allows you the opportunity to meet CCYL Board of Directors and speak directly with other parents about CCYL.   

After you choose your method of registration, please make the age appropriate options for the baseball or softball program for your child.  For example, 10U Baseball is designed for children 10 years of age and under.  The oldest child in this division will be league age 10 years old.  Most of the players will be either 10 or 9 years of age.  A few 8 year old children may play in this division if their baseball skills would warrant playing in this division.

League age is defined for Spring 2010 baseball as the age of the player on 30 April 2010.  League age for Girl's softball in the Spring 2010 season is the age of the player on 31 Dec 2010.

Uniforms - When choosing your player's uniform please consider the amount of growth that your child may experience from the time of registration until the end of the season.   It is normally advisable to order the next larger size of uniform item if you are in doubt about the appropriate size to order.  Please note that in the older divisions uniforms will be ordered in adult sizes.

For the Spring season, a skills evaluation event is conducted for every division except T-ball, Rookie Baseball and 8U Softball.  The skills evaluation is required for new players in the respective divisions.  The intent of this event is to allow an even distribution of players for each team.

10U Baseball, 9:00am - 10:30am
11 Year Olds for 12U Baseball, 10:30am - 11:30am
12 Year Olds for 12U Baseball, 11:30am - 12:30pm
10U Softball, 1:30pm - 2:30pm
12U Softball, 2:30pm - 3:30pm

Sunday February 21st:
10U Softball, 12:00pm - 1:00pm
12U Softball, 1:00pm - 2:00pm
10U Baseball, 2:00pm - 3:00pm
11 Year Olds for 12U Baseball, 3:00pm - 4:00pm
12 Year Olds for 12U Baseball, 4:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday March 13th:
13-14 Baseball, 9:00am - 11:00am
15-16 Baseball, 11:00am - 12:00pm
14U/16U Softball, 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Sunday March 14th:
14U/16U Softball, 12:00pm - 1:00pm
13-14 Baseball, 1:00pm - 3:00pm
15-16 Baseball, 3:00pm - 4:00pm

You only have to attend ONE of those 2 sessions & only if you are new to that division.

It is an indoor evaluation so please dress appropriately - sneakers, NOT cleats!  Also, be sure to bring your glove & bat.  If you don't have a bat that's OK, we'll have a few there you can use.

The Spring 2010 registration fees are:
T-ball, Rookie baseball, and 8U Softball = $100 per player
10U, 12U, & 13-14 Baseball and 10U & 12U Babe Ruth Softball = $125 per player
15-16 & 17-18 Babe Ruth Baseball and 14U/16U Babe Ruth Softball = $140 per player
The maximum amount per family is $285.
Your registration fee includes: a team uniform consisting of a hat, jersey, pants (shorts for softball), socks, belt plus 5 CCYL merchant value cards with a retail value of $50 (Family max is 10 Value Cards).  T-ball receives only a hat and jersey plus the 5 CCYL merchant value cards.  These cards can be utilized with selected area merchants that provide up to a 15% discount on purchases at these establishments.  The prepaid value cards are utilized in lieu of player fundraising campaigns.  

All registration fees are non-refundable.
