Every manager MUST report game scores & pitching stats. It is the ONLY way we keep track of standings. Here's how to report your scores & pitching stats:
1. Log into the web site by clicking on the Admin tab & using your manager password.
2. On the top menu bar click on "Team", make sure Season says "2008 Spring", navigate League to whatever your division is, navigate Team to whatever your team name is.
3. Once into your team page on the left side menu click on "Results"
4. The list of your team's games should be there. Simply go to the game you need to enter results in, click on the little icon for "Edit Game Results" & enter the score making sure to put your team score in the proper "Runs" box as well as your opponent's team score in their proper "Runs" box. Then click on "Submit" in the bottom left.
Note: You MUST click on Submit to enter the results.
If you did this correctly the page will go back to the main Results page & will now show the score of your game.
5. Now you must also enter the innings pitched & pitch count pitching stats for every pitcher on your team (Note: Softball teams only have to enter innings pitched, not pitch count). Remember that pitching even just 1 pitch in an inning counts as 1 full inning pitched for that pitcher. Only enter in whole # innings for each pitcher...do NOT enter partial innings like 1/3 or 2/3 of an inning...only enter whole innings. To do so click on the Greek symbol "Sigma" to enter the game statistics. DO NOT ENTER ANY OTHER STATS BECAUSE EVERYONE CAN SEE THEM & WE DON'T WANT TO EMBARRASS ANY KIDS - ONLY ENTER THE INNINGS PITCHED (whole innings only) & PITCH COUNT for all of your teams pitchers of that game!
Make sure you click on "Submit" in the bottom right corner.
6. Done. If you did it right then you should be able to go back in & see all the results & stats you just entered. You should also now be able to click on "Standings" & see the updated standings for the division.
If you have a dispute with the score of the game or the pitching stats the opposing manager entered then please contact the opposing manager to straighten it out. If you can't get it straight then contact your division Commissioner immediately. |
